Nu en liten fråga; hur många gånger har ni sett New Moon på bio? Och hur många gånger tror ni att ni totalt kommer att göra det? Själv har jag sett den fyra gånger på bio och jag planerar in ett femte biobesök nu i veckan ;)
MTV har fått en intervju med Melissa Rosenberg där hon förklarar olika scener i New Moon: filmen. Vet inte om detta har lagts upp på hemsidan innan, så jag lägger upp det nu!
Cause of Death Unclear …
Although he’s a relatively minor character, the death of Quileute elder Harry Clearwater sets off a pivotal chain of events in the ”Twilight” world. In Meyer’s ”New Moon” novel, Charlie Swan’s friend dies of a heart attack. In the movie, the sight of vixen vampire Victoria kills him. So why the switch? ”Well, in the book, Harry Clearwater’s heart attack is mentioned as something that happens offscreen, although it plays a crucial part of the structure of the books. It’s what gets Edward going to the Volturi, after he calls Charlie and then Jacob answers and says, ‘Charlie’s at a funeral,’ ” she explained. ”That launches the entire third act of the movie. … That just gave me the idea ‘Stephenie doesn’t specify what causes the heart attack,’ so I decided that it could be caused by something startling him. It could be caused by fear. That was a way to keep Victoria alive. It was a way to keep Charlie and the danger of the hunt alive, and that’s where we get a really great action sequence with Victoria that blends together important parts of the movie and important parts of the book moving forward. So I particularly like that.”
New Moon soundtracket har sålt 1 miljon exemplar och har däremot i USA nått Platinanivå!
“THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON-ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK” rises this week on the Billboard 200, ranking #8 and selling more than 93,000 units in its sixth week on sale. The soundtrack, which debuted in October, has also received RIAA platinum certification for sales exceeding 1 million units. “THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON” soundtrack, which peaked at #1 in its first full week in stores and online, made history as the first time ever a soundtrack and its sequel have both reached the #1 spot on the chart. In addition, the soundtrack has remained in the top 10 on the Billboard 200 since its release.

KCRW.com har en intervju med regissören Chris Weitz där han givetvis pratar mycket om New Moon. Han ger många fina beröm till Kristen Stewart. Chris säger att hon är den mest talangfulla skådespelerskan i världen, vilket jag till 110 % håller med om!
Själv tycker jag att Chris är en av de bästa regissörerna någonsin. Ett rikigt geni! Det är så uppenbart att han inte bara kastade sig in i New Moon-filmatiseringen för att det var en omtalad och omåttligt populär film. Han har verkligen brytt sig om fansen och skådespelarna verkar ju älska honom. Jag hoppas verkligen att han vill återvända som regissör för Breaking Dawn!
Especially Kristen who has to carry the entire film, was shooting everyday, and I think is just a force of nature. I think she’s absolutely extraordinary. I think she’s one of the best actors living, to be honest.
In the more intimate moments, the way that she portrays emotions is extraordinary. I don’t think I’ve ever met an actor who had a better BS meter on themselves. Even takes that I thought were wonderful she would say ‘No, No, No’ and then the next one would be much better. I don’t want to seem like the schmoe director who’s unaware that he just made a movie about a chick who’s in love with a vampire. But the fact is, she delivers this kind of really wonderful performance.
